SLKALT Pty Ltd has ceased trading, its 56 Riot Art & Craft stores are shut and employees have lost their jobs.
Insolvency expert Dye & Co has been appointed liquidator for SLKALT Pty Ltd.
The Port Macquarie store was in Horton Street.
Liquidator Nicholas Giasoumi of Dye & Co said the former employees could claim their outstanding entitlements under the Fair Entitlement Guarantee Act.
"Depending on what realisations we make will determine whether there will be a return to unsecured creditors but it probably looks unlikely at this stage," he said.
The liquidators will report the results of their investigation to creditors within three months of appointment.
The 56 Riot Art & Craft stores were predominantly in Queensland, NSW and Victoria.
The online business, which was sold to a related entity, continues to trade.
