Braden Jesse Scott, 22, of Rollands Plains Road, pleaded guilty to a police pursuit.
He fronted Magistrate Georgina Darcy in the Port Macquarie Local Court for sentencing on October 21.
A second charge of exceeding the speed limit by an estimated 45 kilometres per hour was withdrawn.
Magistrate Darcy also ordered that Scott be disqualified from driving for three years, was to serve 80 hours of community service and had to abstain from drug taking.
Court document indicate Scott was involved in a police pursuit between 7.53pm and 7.56pm at Port Macquarie on September 3, 2020.
During that pursuit, Scott failed to stop and drove in a manner dangerous to others, according to the court papers.
Scott drove, at times, at a speed of not less than 140km/h.
Police spotted Scott driving his Nissan sedan from the driveway of a licensed premises onto Jindalee Road, before entering the roundabout and turning left onto Lake Road.
The facts stated that police followed Scott's vehicle until he activated his left hand indicator and "appeared to be in the act of pulling over".
"Police activated their warning lights and siren, at which point Scott diverged to his right without signalling and dramatically increased his speed," the facts said.
"Scott passed Toorak Court at a speed of 95 kilometres per hour and police initiated their pursuit."
Scott reached the roundabout at the Oxley Highway before again entering Lake Road, travelling in an easterly direction.
After overtaking another vehicle, Scott turned left into Fernhill Road at a speed of about 100 km/h, continuing to accelerate.
Police facts state that Scott reached a speed of 125km/h at this point.
The police ceased their pursuit "due to the extreme danger".
Scott admitted to police that he was the driving of the vehicle at the time of the pursuit, the facts say.
Scott's driver's licence was suspended and registration plates confiscated and seized.
