Taree man Darcy Dufty has pleaded guilty to a murder charge but is disputing facts presented in the case.

The 26-year-old from Milligan Road, appeared in the Port Macquarie Local Court on October 8, 2020 before magistrate Georgina Darcy.
He was refused bail and remains in custody.
The matter was adjourned to the Sydney Supreme Court on November 6 for a committal for sentencing hearing.
Dufty was represented in court by Brooke Drinkwater from Barraclough Jones and Associates.
Dufty is one of two men charged over the alleged murder of Queensland man Tyron Beauchamp.
Andrue Maxwell Tisdell, 24, of Wingham Road was also refused bail following his most recent court appearance on October 2, 2020.
Tisdell has pleaded guilty to the murder of Beauchamp.
He appeared in the Sydney Supreme Court before Justice RA Hulme.
The matter will return to the Supreme Court for mention on November 6 with three days set aside for a sentence hearing on December 14.
The body of 41-year-old Beauchamp was found alight by Rural Fire Service volunteers in the Yarrat State Forest, just west of Taree on December 27, 2018.
A post mortem examination revealed Mr Beauchamp had been seriously assaulted before his body was taken to the area and set on fire.
Police allege the victim's hands and teeth had been removed before being set alight in an attempt to cover up his murder.
A third man has pleaded guilty to concealing a serious indictable offence.
Two other charges, being an accessory after the fact and hindering the discovery of evidence to a serious indictable offence were withdrawn.
Parrish remains on bail.
He will be sentenced in the Taree District Court on October 12, 2020.
