UTR is an international tennis rating system that connects millions of tennis players around the world to help them find better matches locally.
It reflects a player's current skill level based on head-to-head match scores, and rates all players across age, gender and nationality on the same 16-point scale.
Kendall star Rhyan Hudson was beaten 6-2 6-2 in the open final by Pat Macfetters before he teamed up with girlfriend Tylah Robinson to take out the doubles final.
Elwood Dollery then held off Elijah Livingstone 4-6 6-1 (10-7 in the super tie-breaker) in the division three final, but it was the division two final that had everyone talking.
Forster's Ruby Sparks came back from a set down to outlast Port Macquarie's Noah Pociask 2-6 6-0 6-4 in an enthralling two-and-a-half hour battle.
Tournament organiser Wendy Hudson said "good quality" tennis was played throughout the two days.
"We're lacking in tournaments at the moment with Tennis Australia not running any Australian Ranking tournaments," she said.
"They won't run any AR tournaments while ever any state is closed because it disadvantages anyone going interstate because they can't access those points and systems that are available."
Hudson said around 40 players from under-9s through to open's competed in the knockout style format.
"Kids get sick of round-robin because they like to win towards a prize at the end," she said.
"In the round-robin tournaments it's all about everyone playing each other and the kids don't want that anymore; they want something to work towards."
