POLICE are appealing for the public's help after a teenager was hit by a motorcycle in Kempsey.

A 13-year-old girl was crossing the road outside a school on Nicholson St, South Kempsey, when she was knocked to the ground by an unknown rider at about 3.30pm on Monday, September 14.
Police have been told the teenager was hit when the rider, who was allegedly travelling on the footpath, attempted to enter the roadway. After falling from the motorcycle, the rider got back on the bike and left the scene.
The girl sustained minor injuries including a cut to one of her arms.
Officers attached to Mid North Coast Police District attended and began inquires.
As investigations continue, detectives have now released CCTV vision as they appeal for the public's assistance to identify the rider involved.
The motorcycle is described as possibly being a Honda KTM.
The rider is described as wearing a dark hooded jacket and dark coloured pants and black joggers. He was wearing a blue and white helmet.
Anyone with information about the rider's identity is urged to come forward.
