A Port Macquarie woman has been refused bail after appearing in court on a range of matters including allegedly receiving illegal payments from Centrelink.

Anna Patricia Damkjaer, 28, of Currawong Drive, appeared in Port Macquarie Local Court on September 16, 2020.
Magistrate Georgina Darcy denied Damkjaer bail and it was formally refused.
The Port Macquarie woman is charged with nine counts of obtaining a financial advantage by deception between November 20, 2019 and May 5, 2020.
Court document indicate Damkjaer allegedly obtained, or attempted to obtain, a total of $7800 in payments from Centrelink.
Damkjaer also appeared in court on charges of larceny, driving while unlicensed and suspended, possession and aggregated break and enter in company.
Damkjaer has pleaded guilty to the following charges.
Driving a motor vehicle while unlicensed on June 24, 2020; stealing an iPhone on November 5, 2019; driving while her licence was suspended on June 22, 2020; driving while under the influence of an illicit drug on June 22, 2020; possession of a prohibited drug on May 14, 2020 and aggregated break and enter in company on August 8, 2020.
Court document show that Damkjaer allegedly stole three mountain bikes valued at $15,000 when she entered the Quay North Apartments in company with another person.
Magistrate Darcy adjourned the matters against Damkjaer to the same court on October 29, 2020.
