The Port Macquarie resident has recently taken on a new creative project to bring the words of a poem to life for a section of this year's Artwalk event.
Artwalk is planned to be on from October 1 until October 8.
Mrs Frost explained the poem will be chosen by the community and painted in a series of signs, using traditional fairground art and hand lettering techniques.
Mrs Frost entered the circus world in 2009 after studying set and costume design in England.
She worked behind the scenes as a stage manager for a company before stepping into a front and centre role.
Mrs Frost said she enjoyed being an onstage performer, after having a background in gymnastics.
She moved to Australia from England four years ago, after obtaining a research grant to investigate circus in the country and discover the reasons for its popularity.
During the research trip she met her future husband and they have now settled in Port Macquarie with their baby son.
Mrs Frost has been involved in several events in Australia, including the Melbourne Fringe Festival.
The coronavirus pandemic has presented Mrs Frost with challenges but also opportunities.
Majority of circus festivals haven't been able to proceed due to the health restrictions which organisers have to abide by.
However, Mrs Frost used the time during lockdown to obtain a new artistic skill - fairground art.
"It's a perfect marriage between the circus world and the set design environment," she said.
Mrs Frost explained fairground art is vivid hand painted lettering, where different shapes are utilised for the font.
"It's what you might see at those old fashioned fun fairs," she said.
Mrs Frost is hoping the installation might go beyond the event of Artwalk for an education purpose.
