One of the five men charged over the alleged murder of a former Queensland man at Taree in 2018 has returned to court.

Andrew Maxwell Tisdell, 23, of Wingham Road Taree is charged with murder.
The accused appeared via audio link before Magistrate Georgina Darcy in the Port Macquarie Local Court on July 23, 2020.
Bail was not applied for and was refused. No pleas have been entered.
Tisdell is next listed to appear in the Port Macquarie Local Court in August, 2020 for committal.
Tisdell is alleged to have murdered Tyron Beauchamp sometime between 2am on December 25, 2018 and 6.11am on December 27, 2018.
The body of 41-year-old Beauchamp was found alight by Rural Fire Service volunteers in the Yarrat State Forest, just west of Taree on December 27, 2018.
A post mortem examination revealed Mr Beauchamp had been seriously assaulted before his body was taken to the area and set on fire.
Police alleged the victim's hands and teeth had been removed before being set alight in an attempt to cover up his murder.
Taree's Darcy Dufty, 26, of Milligan Street Taree is also facing a murder charge.
Dufty is also yet to enter pleas and he also remains in custody.
Dufty is next listed to appear in court in August, 2020.
Two other men, Austin Parrish, 20, of Francis Street Taree is charged with being an accessory after the fact, hindering the discovery of evidence to a serious indictable offence and concealing a serious indictable offence.
Parrish remains on bail and he is yet to enter any pleas.
Parrish will appear in the Port Macquarie Local Court in August, 2020.
A fourth man, Michael Bennett, 44, Wynter Street Taree remains on bail.
Bennett is charged with being an accessory after the fact in the alleged murder; cause grievous bodily harm with intent and concealing a serious indictable offence.
No pleas were entered.
Bennett will next appear in Taree Local Court in August.
A suppression order on the reporting of a fifth man charged in relation to the alleged murder of Beauchamp is in place.
