Kids dressed in snow field style for the day which replaced a planned year six excursion to Canberra. The trip to the nation's capital was cancelled due to restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Students enjoyed activities such as penguin relay races, home-made snowball fights, fingerprint snowman art, making marshmallow snowman and hot chocolate. Each student also had a unique snowman name based on their initials.
One of the highlights of the snow day included a virtual background of Perisher Ski Resort snow fields to use for photos.
