Chris Walker manages the Port Macquarie Hotel and is off work indefinitely, due to changes as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Chris' wife Emma said their children Asha (6) and Rocky (4) are all over their dad for every second of the day.
"So he's a bit tired and stroppy," she said.
"We thought it would be a funny video, as everyone can probably relate."
The family have also just discovered the video platform Tik Tok and plan to produce some more films to post.
"There's so much creativity from everyone who is in isolation," Emma said.
The video follows Chris as he tries to get in a relaxing break away from his kids, but is then hijacked by them and their antics.
