That was the simple message underlining an under-13 representative football team's video to keep the players briefly entertained during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Every member of the Football Mid North Coast team - including coach Paul Eames - individually juggle the ball and flick it on to a teammate before it ends with goalkeeper Nait Boyan diving into a backyard pool.
"It was a way to try and keep the boys connected and having a bit of fun so it's not all doom and gloom," Eames said.
Paula Draw came up with the idea and now the parents have been encouraged to do one of their own in coming weeks.
"There is a plan to do more every two weeks or so with different things associated with juggling a ball or doing a trick," Eames said.
The video is part of the team's training program that also includes different drills set up by Football Mid North Coast technical director Larry Budgen.
"Larry has put out some training ideas for the boys to keep doing while we're not doing anything," Eames said.
"It's so the boys can do stuff although they can't do it together, it's about keeping their feet moving fast and keeping healthy."
Despite having two washouts in the first three rounds, Eames said his team didn't miss a beat in their one and only match so far this season.
A five goal hammering of Weston was sandwiched between the two no-results.
"We were training for six weeks prior to the game, then the first one was washed out and then they blitzed it and played amazing, then the coronavirus hit," he said.
