The Port Macquarie store has seen a jump in website traffic, and that is being mirrored into direct over-the-counter sales.
Kyla Khattar manages the Port Macquarie store - one of eight businesses across regional NSW.
She says there has been an impact on their businesses in quite a few different ways.
"We certainly have a downturn in people browsing our stores," she said. "Like girlfriends getting together over a cup of coffee and then heading to our store.
"The new stay at home orders and no more than two people allowed outside, means that this kind of browser shopping does not happen.
"However, we have seen a 55 per cent uplift in our web traffic based on figures from just two weeks ago.
"Accordingly, orders via our website are going through the roof," she said.
"People are now browsing our website for the products they want and then destination shopping - coming in and buying that specific product in-store."
She said people already know that they want when they come into the shop, with sales spiking for lubricants, condoms and toy cleaners.
More on COVID-19:
While the sales of toy cleaners is increasing, Ms Khattar says many people are using the product as an alternative to hand sanitiser.
She considers these sales as part of their community responsibility.
"A lot of our stores have been offering free toilet paper, because it is in short supply," she said.
"At our Dubbo store, an elderly man came in and asked what he could buy in order to get a roll. We've also had other elderly people asking us if we can help them.
"It is quite a sad situation," she said.
Ms Khattar said a bulk order of hand sanitiser should be arriving next week which will be made available to the elderly and disabled as a continuation of their community service.
"We will also sell the hand sanitiser to the general public at cost price," she added.
Now listed as an essential service and continuing to trade, Ms Khattar says all eight stores have introduced safe distancing rules, rigorous hygiene practice and markings on the floors.
There is also a limit of eight people per time allowed in any of their stores.
"It is a crazy time out there at the moment," Ms Khattar added.

The Port Macquarie store has been rushed for orders of lubricants and condoms. However, there is also increasing interest in couple's toys, particularly those that are app based or have bluetooth capability.
Ms Khattar says the products are ideal for couples wanting to overcome closed borders or even across continents.
"The app-based toys are selling really well while the technology is evolving just so dramatically," she said.
"Demand for these couple's toys has grown quite strongly.
"It is one way to overcome social distancing guidelines or if your partner is unable to cross domestic or international borders."
Ms Khattar said all 24 staff members had been kept on across the eight stores.
