A MOTORCYCLIST was taken to hospital after an accident at Lighthouse Beach in Port Macquarie on March 30.

A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the accident occurred at Matthew Flinders Drive at about 11am.
It is believed a car and motorcyclist have collided, throwing the motorcyclist from his bike.
Police and NSW Ambulance paramedics attended the scene.
The spokesperson said the rider was treated for numerous injuries, including a head injury, before being transported to Port Macquarie Base Hospital in a stable condition.
