NSW Health has now released new data on the areas where positive cases of COVID-19 have been detected.
Each Local Government Area (LGA) that has a positive case has been included in the new data.
According to the new information, the Port Macquarie-Hastings LGA currently has 8 of the 14 confirmed positive cases on the Mid North Coast.
NSW Health has also listed the LGA as having between one and four confirmed cases where the source of infection is unknown. Because the cases are so few, NSW Health is unable to break them down any further than that at this stage.
