A Port Macquarie charged over the alleged stabbing of two elderly residents will be sentenced in Sydney's Downing Centre in April.

Ian Last, 49. of Bellangry Road, appeared in Port Macquarie District Court on March 10 before Judge Flannery.
Last remains in custody after he was refused bail.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of stalking and intimidation, wounding a person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, contravening an apprehended violence order and reckless wounding.
The grievous bodily harm charge carries a maximum penalty of 25 years in jail.
The alleged incidents occurred in Port Macquarie on February 6 and 7, 2019.
Court documents reveal that one of the victims allegedly received a number of lacerations, including a 3cm long, 15cm deep wound to the chest. The victim was transported to John Hunter Hospital for surgery before returning to the Port Macquarie Base Hospital.
The second victim is alleged to have suffered a laceration to the left chest and a superficial laceration to the right forearm.
Last will be sentenced in the Sydney Downing Centre on April 24.
