The club hosts a weekly book stall at Rotary Hall on Hastings River Drive but their annual book sale is where you usually find all the best bargains.
The book sale was to be on March 27-29. More than 30,000 books are usually on offer, president Bob Cleland said.
"Rotary is a community service organisation and we set out to help people in our local community and the funds we get from the book sale go directly to this cause."
Mr Cleland said the Rotary club helps deliver a range of local projects from encouraging students to reach their potential to assisting those who are disadvantaged.
