The location will be at Flynns Beach in Port Macquarie.
Clean Up Australia Day is Australia's largest community-based environmental event that involves thousands of volunteers removing waste from across the country.
This year the event celebrates its 30th anniversary on March 1.
Coastal Warriors president Meegan Stephens said it made sense to hold their next clean up on this day at Flynns Beach.
"This will be the first clean up at Flynns since it has undergone the boardwalk renovation so we expect to find a lot of waste, and especially after our storms in February there will be lots of microplastic on the beach," said Ms Stephens.
There will be great giveaways from Inner Vision Surf n Skate, Bunnings and Saltwater Wine Surf.
The Flynns Beach Cafe 'Sandbox' are also offering $1 off coffee for all volunteers on the day and a great raffle prize on the day.
"Please grab your friends and family and come down to Flynns and help us 'Keep the Sea Plastic Free'," Ms Stephens said.
Ms Stephens said Coastal Warriors hopes Australians take on the message of Clean Up Australia Day all year round.
"Coastal Warriors was founded on the premise that just one day a year isn't enough to keep our coastlines ( and country) clean," said Ms Stephens.
The Coastal Warriors Clean Up Australia Day event is on Sunday, March 1 at Flynns Beach between 8.00am - 12.00pm.
