Rowsell's terrific score of 41 points was three points clear of David Hegarty in second place and Gavin Roberts was a point further back in third.
The ball competition went down to 32 points on a countback.
Nearest the pins went to Don Williams, Stefan Walker, Peter Brassington and Gavin Roberts.
On Saturday despite the weather, Ron Clark took out A-grade with 40 points.
Runner-up was Glenn Pollard with 39 points and third was Tom Biron with 38 points on a countback from fourth placed Michael Couper, Rob Pengilly and Mike Halpin.
Winner in B grade was Nick Conditsis with a terrific 44 points. Runner up was Jason Strong with 43 points. Third was Alan Watts with 42 points and fourth was Lee Thompson with 41 points.
Winner in C grade was Graham Cutcliffe with 39 points.
Runner up was Rick Bourne with 38 points. Third was Brad Scott with 37 and fourth was Clark Valler with 36 points.
Cameron Matthews had an eagle two on the par four fifteenth hole.
Balls went to 34 points on a countback.
Nearest the pins went to Adam Zakarauskas, Kevin Hall, Joshua Hagarty and Tom Biron.
