The 43-year-old woman cannot be identified.
Magistrate Jennifer Price heard the case against the woman in the Port Macquarie Local Court on December 19, 2019.
No pleas have been entered.
Bail was not applied for and was formally refused.
The charges relate to alleged incidents that took place between 2005 and 2011.
The faces a string of charges including, two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a victim aged under 16 years, incite a person under the age of 16 years to commit an act of indecency, two counts of commit an act of indecency with a person aged under 16 years, incite aggravated indecency with victim and offender in company, incite aggravated indecency with victim under authority of offender, aggravated indecency with victim under 16 years and under authority of the offender and two counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with victim over the age of 10 years.
The woman's next appearance will be before the Port Macquarie Local Court on February 6, 2020.
