The free BBQ lunch and barista coffee is a community event which anyone can come to, and will be at Bain Park in Wauchope on Thursday December 19 from 9am to 1pm.
They also offer a $1,000 gift card which can be used at over 100 retailers to people who lost their homes or suffered significant damage.
"There are many families who lost their homes across Wauchope and Port Macquarie in the recent bushfires," said Lester Sharples, RRT operations manager.
"The RRT wants to bring a bit of hope and a helping hand to those families who have been affected.
"We're donating $1000 to every family who has lost their home - so be sure to register.
"I also encourage the local community to come along and enjoy a free BBQ and the opportunity to connect with and support these local families. This is what community spirit is all about."
