Elwyn Roberts, 24, of Clarence Ryan Avenue appeared before Magistrate Jennifer Price.
He was denied bail, despite pursuing a bail application.
The prosecution withdrew the charge of aggravated break and enter but added a break and enter house and steal charge to the list of charges.
Roberts is further charged with, stealing a motor vehicle, break and enter, driving without a licence, resisting officers, two counts of assaulting officers, escaping police custody, entering buildings or lands to commit an indictable offence and committing an offence while having a previous conviction.
No pleas have been entered.
The alleged incidents took place on June 28, June 29 and July 5.
Magistrate Price adjourned the case against Roberts to Port Macquarie Local Court on March 5, 2020.
