Michael Swift was in brilliant form to claim the A grade prize at the Port Macquarie Men's Golf Club's single stableford event on Saturday.

Swift returned a solid 42 points, three clear of runner-up Greg Kent with John Tracey returning a solid 38 points for a third placing.
In B grade, Darren Garvey was the winner - on a countback from Bob Higham after both players returned cards of 41 points. Jeff Davis and Steve McVicar also ended the day on 41 points and were placed third on the day.
Winner in C grade was Neil Porter with 39 points on a countback from runner up Ken Wilson and third placed Rodney Gill.
Round of the day went to Terry Davis with two over par for 34 points.
Balls went to 35 points on a countback. NTP's went to Regan Betteridge, John Heagney, Mark Cooper and Greg Freeman.
Thursday's event was a two-ball best ball stableford with a single stableford in conjunction.,
Winners of the two-ball were Ian Paterson and George Richmond with a fantastic score of 50 points. Runners up were Kevin Hall and Rob O'Brien with 49 points.
Winner in A grade was Rohan Cain with 40 points on a countback from runner up Ron McLaren.
Winner in B grade was Allen Philp with a great 45 points. Runner up was Dale Hubbard with 39 points.
Winner in C grade was Geoff Ball with 43 points on a countback from runner up Lou Venier.
Best scratch score went to David Bagust with a four under par for 40 points.
The ball competition went down to 35 points on a c/b. NTP's went to Bob Millington, Ross Turner, Mark Ingram and Ron McLaren.
