Centre Alliance MP Rebekha Sharkie has introduced draft laws to dramatically slash the political donation disclosure threshold from $13,800 to $1000.
"The public should know whether our representative democracy is representative of the ... people, or if it's represented and representing vested interests," she told federal parliament on Monday.
