"It's just ash, there's nothing there," she said.
Rebecca and her two sons are currently living at the Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park, after spending their first week at the Wauchope Motel.
Their house was located on 100 acres at Forbes River. It was situated on the river but surrounded by forest.
Miraculously the family's chickens survived, while their dog and cat have been treated for burns at the Wauchope Vets. Their fees were paid with donations from the RSPCA and Provet.
Rebecca said it was lucky the family wasn't at home when the fire tore through, as they wouldn't have been able to get out.
As the fire ripped through the land so quickly, they weren't allowed to go into the area and get any of their valuables, or the animals.
At the moment, Rebecca said she's running on autopilot and trying to build the basics of her life back up.
The family has received financial support from the state government and has applied for funding from the federal government. Rebecca said the house wasn't insured.
Rebecca said she felt let down by some government agencies, for not providing initial support when her family needed it the most.
One day the family went to the Wauchope Showground to seek support, only to find that everyone had packed up and gone home the day before.
"It felt like a ghost town," she said.
Rebecca has sought out services herself for support.
She said she's trying not to think too much about the future, as she doesn't want to get overwhelmed.
Rebecca will never return to live at Forbes River, as she is fearful fires will happen again.
"It's too isolated and there's no phone reception," she said.
Rebecca's son Andrew is 12-years-old and said he feels really sad about losing his home.
The family has secured short term housing for a period of three months.
Rebecca said Dawn Marchment, manager at the Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park has been very accommodating.
"She upgraded us to the water which was a beautiful gesture," she said.
"Dawn also got the boys some scooters."
Rebecca said her family will struggle financially to get by but are trying to stay positive.
She thanked Lyndall from the Buttery and the Port Macquarie mental health team for their ongoing support.
