Kristoffer Raymond Mitchell, of Franklin Drive Lake Munmorah had his matter heard in court before Magistrate Jennifer Price on November 14.
No pleas were entered when the mattered was heard.
Mitchell is charged with, fail to comply with a prevention notice, fail to remove sunken vessel when directed and fail to comply with a notice to repair an unsafe vessel.
Magistrate Price adjourned one of the matters to the Belmont Local Court on November 20 and the remaining two matters to the Port Macquarie Local Court on March 16.
