The 43-year-old woman cannot be identified and appeared before Magistrate Jennifer Price on November 7.
Bail was refused and no please have been entered at this stage.
The woman is charged with, aggravated sexual assault on a victim aged under 16 years in 2006; incite a person under 16 years to commit an act of indecency between 2008 and 2012; and two counts of commit an act of indecency with a person under 16 years in 2007 and 2011.
The first charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years' in jail, with the remaining three charges each carrying two years' jail time.
Magistrate Price adjourned all matters to the Port Macquarie Local Court on December 19, 2019.
