The event is on Tuesday October 22 from 2pm until 4pm at Panthers Port Macquarie.
Newcastle hosted the first event on Monday with the final information sessions in Devonport and Launceston on December 9 and 10.
In July, the federal government introduced a new, simpler charter.
The new charter places the consumer, a person who is receiving aged care services, at the centre of their care by supporting them to express their needs and recognising their fundamental right to be treated with dignity and respect.
Bundaleer CEO Louise Roberts says it is important for residents to be in control of their care.
"The new Charter of Aged Care Rights that came into effect on July 1 this year presents an important opportunity for Bundaleer to deepen its engagement with each of our residents," she said.
"This will ensure that they know they are in control of the care they need and that we will work in partnership with them to make that happen.
"It is essential they are comfortable in expressing their needs and that we are listening."
Older Persons Advocacy Network's CEO, Craig Gear, described the charter would change the way care is experienced.
"I see the charter as an essential tool and protection for older people at this time of change and Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety," he said.
"Providers are responsible for supporting consumers to understand their rights under the new charter, and ensure consumers or their authorised person are given a reasonable opportunity to sign a copy of the charter.
"This presents an important opportunity for providers to deepen their engagement with consumers and change the way that care is experienced by older people."
In partnership with state and territory aged care advocacy organisations, the Network is running free interactive educational events for aged care consumers, carers and families, and service providers across regional Australia.
The sessions will support consumers and providers to understand the new Charter of Aged Care Rights and cover key information on the rights in the Charter and its benefits, implementation requirements, and implementing the Charter in Home Care and the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
