The annual fundraiser aims to assist Australian children impacted by cancer by holding a live auction, raffles and balloon prizes at Panthers Port Macquarie.
The event, which starts from 6.30pm on Saturday, October 12, will feature live entertainment from One Night Stand.
Fundraising committee member Lisa Baker said the event would be hosted by local radio personality Jason 'Bodge' Bodger.
"Port Macquarie and Wauchope businesses are supporting us with prizes and everything, they donate vouchers and other items we can use as auction items," she said.
"We have a couple of football jerseys to be auctioned, Jeremy Latimore from the St George Dragons is donating a jersey and coming along on the night.
"We normally have one of the families who have been impacted by cancer speak at the event.
"Through this annual event children can go on camps to Lunar Park, activities and treetop adventures. It makes them children again and they are with children who have gone through the same thing. They have family camps as well.
"Any amount we can raise is good, it's a great cause to be involved in."
Residents will have to raid their wardrobes for the theme this year, a touch of colour.
Camp Quality provides services and programs for children aged under 13 who are dealing with cancer.
The Giggle Ball raised over $40,000 in 2017 and 2018.
Tickets are available by calling Panthers Port Macquarie on 6580 2300 or online.
