The event includes a weekend of education and experience with four certified Whole Woman practitioners.
The workshop will focus on the essential elements for pelvic health, dealing with issues of pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, overactive bladder, low back, hip and foot dysfunction.
Co-ordinator, local chiropractor and Whole Woman practitioner, Jannelle Rethus said the workshop is based on the Whole Woman work developed by Christine Kent.
"Understanding the true nature of her anatomy allows a woman to develop a self care practice to deal with these non-life-threatening issues and to lead a life of quality," Ms Rethus said.
"These issues affect up to 65 per cent of the female population."
The workshop is held on Saturday and Sunday October 26-27.
