First National in North Haven opened its doors in 2006 under the name of 'Settlement First National'.
Stewart and his partner, Nola Woodall bought the business in December 2010, changing the name to First National North Haven.
Josh Eldridge joined in January 2018 as a part business owner, having owned his own First National real estate office in Wagga Wagga.
They now employ 10 local staff, from property investment managers, licensed sales agents, marketing, customer service and administration and service everywhere from Kendall to Lake Cathie.
Between them, they have a combined 156 years of local knowledge and experience in residential home and land sales, auctions and residential and commercial property investment management.
"Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions. We get that," says Stewart.
"We understand everyone selling or leasing a home seeks the very best price. Buyers need to be satisfied they've purchased the right property.
"We have the experience and techniques to ensure your home is marketed and seen by the most qualified buyers and tenants.
"Our advice in preparing your home for sale, or for lease, is based on industry trends and expectations.
"We understand no two customers are the same. We take pride in ensuring our service meets your objectives."
"We're also always striving to enhance our services with new technology, unique and creative marketing ideas and streamlined procedures.
"We have been privileged to be acknowledged by Rate My Agent as the best agency in the Camden Haven for the past three years."
The team also love to give back to the community and support many community and sporting groups, clubs and local schools.
Stewart's video blog, 'Stew's News' is a monthly video where he not only shares his real estate knowledge but also supports the community and shopping locally.
Topics of Stewart's blog have included community-based groups, local businesses and events.
"We even use the local Pizza shop to give our new tenants vouchers to eat out on the first night they move in," says Stewart.
"We have the best location in the area to call our office, right opposite the river.
"It's easy to convince people it is a great place to live with a view like we have.
"We love where we live and we love what we do," concludes Stewart.
