A charge certificate is an agreement between police and the Office of the Department of Public Prosecutions (ODPP). It allows the ODPP to begin negotiations with people facing indictable offences pursuant to the Criminal Procedure Act 1986 and serious children's indictable offences pursuant to the Children (Criminal Proceedings) Act 1987 in relation to early guilty pleas.
All five men charged in relation to the murder will appear at Forster Local Court over two days in mid-December.
None of the men appeared before relieving Magistrate Eckhold this week and bail was again refused.
Twenty-three-year-old Tyson McKenzie, who has been charged with accessory after the fact, will be transported from his Parklea prison cell for an appearance on December 17.
The court was told since his arrest in May this year, police have gathered more than 4000 pages of evidence. Previous driving offences also will be heard during the December appearance.
Co-accused, 19-year-old Austin Parrish, who is in Mid North Coast Correctional Centre, Kempsey and 42-year-old Michael Bennett, who is in Parklea will appear on December 16.
Two men charged with Mr Beauchamp's murder, Darcy Duffy, 24 , who is in Long Bay Correctional Complex and Andrew Tisdell, 22 in the Cessnock Correctional Centre, also will appear on December 16.
Due to the logistics of Forster Local Court, the men will appear separately.
Originally from Queensland, the body of 41-one-year-old Tyron Beauchamp was found alight by Rural Fire Service volunteers in the Yarratt State Forest, west of Taree on December 27, 2018.
A post mortem examination revealed Mr Beauchamp had been seriously assaulted before his body was taken to the area and set on fire.
Police allege the victim's hands and teeth had been removed in an attempt to cover up his murder on Christmas Day, 2018.
