The community yoga session will be back on Town Beach from Sunday, September 22 at 8am.
Yogis of all ages and abilities will get on their mats to support Tender Mid North Coast (TMNC).
Attendance is by donation.
TMNC is planning to establish a not-for-profit, family-led funeral service on the Mid North Coast.
The group aims to engage the community in talking about death and planning for death.
Denis Juelicher, who has been running Beach Yoga on Town Beach for more than 10 years is keen to support local community organisations annually.
"We have raised a significant number of funds for local community organisations including the Coastal Warriors and the Women's Refuge over the years and will continue to do so. Giving back to the community is important to us. We see it as a way of taking the yoga off the mat and into the world," Denis said.
The morning will start with a one hour yoga class by the ocean, suitable for all ages and abilities. Participants bring their own mat or beach towel. The yoga class will be followed by a communal breakfast with breakfast treats prepared and donated by the local yoga community.
Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends and family and enjoy a relaxing morning by the beach.
This is a free community event open to anyone who would like to enjoy a couple of hours by the beach with friends and family.
