Ms Moffat currently has three outstanding arrest warrants and is believed to be residing in the Port Macquarie area with associates.
She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 165cm tall, with a medium build and blonde coloured hair.
Members of the public are urged not to approach Ms Moffat.
Mid North Coast police are encouraging anyone with information about her location to contact Triple Zero (000), alternatively Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or the Port Macquarie Police Station on (02) 65830199.
