Shanene Matthews, 37, of Flinders Drive Laurieton appeared before Magistrate Price on September 11.
She pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle with a mid range PCA of .149.
Her solicitor Albert Cheng told the court Matthews coached a number of sporting groups and was "very involved in her community".
"She has completed the traffic offenders program and wants to put this incident behind her," he said.
Court documents show that police noticed a vehicle being driven west on Hastings River Drive at about 9pm on May 26, 2019.
They observed the driver drift from one lane to the next and back again. The vehicle then turned left onto Kemp Street before rejoining Hastings River Drive.
"The motor vehicle then headed east along Hastings River Drive on the wrong side of the road and directly into the path of oncoming traffic," police facts said.
"Police stopped the vehicle and found the accused was upset and crying. Police noted the driver's window was smashed.
"She admitted being drunk and should not be driving. She admitted to drinking 10 schooners of beer between 2pm and 8.45pm."
Magistrate Price told Matthews her "criminal history is not a very good one".
"I note a high range PCA in 2005 with the last offence recorded in 2011," she said.
"There is a good prospect for rehabilitation.
"But clearly this incident presented a danger to the community," she added.
Matthews was convicted and disqualified from driving for four months, placed on a community corrections order for two months and ordered to drive a motor vehicle for 12 months with zero alcohol levels.
