A Port Macquarie man remains behind bars after he was formerly refused bail during his appearance in Port Macquarie Local Court on September 4.

Phillip Mark Stoker, 29, of Friar Place, appeared before Magistrate Price.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Stoker is charged with contravening an AVO, driving while disqualified, driving recklessly in a dangerous manner, using an offensive weapon to prevent detention, two counts of resisting officers, two counts of assaulting officers, not keeping a firearm safely, possessing ammunition without a licence, having goods in custody suspected of being stolen and possessing a shortened firearm.
Those charges relate to alleged incidents on July 5, 2019.
Stoker is further charged with two counts of driving while disqualified, contravening an AVO, being involved in a police pursuit and destroying property. The incidents allegedly took place on June 26, 2019.
Magistrate Price adjourned the case against Stoker to the Port Macquarie Local Court on November 6, 2019.
