Elwyn Roberts, 24, of Clarence Ryan Avenue, was not required to appear for the hearing before Magistrate Price.
He was formerly refused bail and no plea was entered.
The alleged incidents took place on June 28, June 29 and July 5.
Roberts is charged with, aggravated break and enter, stealing a motor vehicle, break and enter, driving without a licence, resisting officers, two counts of assaulting officers, escaping police custody, entering buildings or lands to commit an indictable offence and committing an offence while having a previous conviction.
Magistrate Price adjourned the case against Roberts to Port Macquarie Local Court on October 10.
