The Blues will run out against Macleay Valley Mustangs in the 2019 Group 3 rugby league grand final on Sunday.
"It's a big deal for the town and it's going to be good when we get that win," he said.
"It's just one more game, I think it will be a big shock to everyone when we win it.
"It will be good for the town and bring the community together because we are a one-team town."
Pascoe is a new addition to the team this year, after three years with the Port Macquarie Sharks. The move has been a success, the lock taking to the field in every game this season except one due to injury.
"I just moved for something new and I think I've found it," he said.
"The team just give our all for each other, we don't really have superstars in our side. We do have good tough blokes who want to play footy and don't mind having a beer afterwards.
"I would have been second-string at the Sharks but I've come across found my position with Wauchope and now we're in the grand final.
"I've had more freedom to play my own game rather than second string or on the bench. It's unreal coming from Sharks last year and now playing in this grand final."
Pascoe admits the win won't be easy and Wauchope coach Anthony Boyd has been directing the team to control a formidable Mustangs forward pack.
Kick off is at 3pm at Lank Bain Sporting Complex.
