PORT Macquarie Swoopers have progressed to the under-11 AFL North Coast grand final following an 11.10 (76) to 3.10 (28) victory over Port Macquarie Flyers on Sunday.

It continued their perfect season that has seen them cruise through unbeaten.
They started in the best possible fashion in the opening round of the competition when they kicked 10 goals in the opening quarter to force a mercy rule decision.
From that point on, coach Cohen Quinn suspected he had a talented side at his disposal.
"They have a rule where once a team gets in front by 60 points they stop scoring," Quinn said.
"So from that point I thought either we had a really good side or Kempsey might have struggled this year."
Despite the winning margin showing an eight-goal deficit in the semi-final, Quinn admitted it was the Flyers inaccurate kicking that proved costly.
"They kicked two goals nine in the second quarter with the breeze so it could have been a different story if they kicked straight," he said.
"We kicked a couple of goals into the breeze which were like gold on the day.
"The scoreline probably didn't reflect the closeness of the game."
Tobie Quinn, Pippa Wilson, Charlie Coddington, Ryan Eggert and Jack Ryan were the Swoopers best.
"Pippa kicked her season goal of the season, Charlie and Ryan were strong and Jack was solid as a rock in defence, especially when they had the breeze," Quinn said.
The win saw them book a spot in the grand final at Coffs Harbour on August 25.
