Impressively, the same group of girls have now progressed past the North Coast finals for the last three years.
They defeated Macksville High School 21-14 in the final to complete their day undefeated.
Coach Kellie Croft said the key to their successful run could be attributed to sticking together through the age divisions.
"They're very good players, but they're a champion team and have always played as a team," she said.
"There are no stars and I think that's the key for this group of girls.
"They're very skillful; some of them have played rep for a number of years and they know each others strengths and they play to that."
Croft labelled some of their passages of play throughout the day as "slick".
"They got the ball down to the goal end very quickly and knew what their role is as part of the team," she said.
"You can have a team of stars but they don't win.
"There's no star in this team; they're all just very good players and they play for each other.
"You never hear anybody saying "I'm tired and need to come off".
The same core group are also successful in a variety of other sports including touch football, volleyball and soccer.
"This group of girls play everything, but they're good athletes and are very competitive so they have the right mindset to do well," Croft said.
Teams came from as far as Woolgoolga in the north and Forster in the south to compete in five divisions to represent the North Coast in Sydney against the winners from the seven other regions across NSW later in Term 3.
