At the Kendall Showground, the South West Rocks Marlins took on the Blues and again the home side came away 44-22 winners.
For the Blues tries went to Tamati Wigman, Kenny Young, Brad Smith, Joel Kennedy, Brady Taylor, Alex Pearce, Zack Hanlon and Robert Smith. Tamati kicked two goals and Alex four.
Meanwhile, Laurieton Stingrays travelled to take on the Long Flat Dragons, where the home side came away with the points in a close game.
The Rays led at the break by four, with tries to Jackson Harper and captain/coach Tom Maguire. Kieren Ford nailed both conversions. The Dragons' Anthony Coombes and Ethan McKenna scored.
The final score went to the Dragons 20-18.
In the Hastings League Women's the Blues took on the Marlinettes and the home side was too strong for the visitors 30-8.
The competition reaches the semi-finals this weekend with Long Flat to tackle Beechwood in the elimination match ahead of South West Rocks and Kendall.
