Ash Grummitt's side cruised through their eight matches with seven wins and a draw, including a 4-0 rout of Manning Valley in the final pool game of the tournament.
It resulted in Levi Beard being crowned as the player of the tournament across both divisions after his impressive weekend saw him hit the back of the net 15 times.
Three of those came in the final pool game against Manning Valley.
"It's great for Port Macquarie hockey to have the weekend that we had," Grummitt said.
"You never know what to expect when you go away, but the boys played really well as a team and they had that combination that comes from a lot of them playing together for years."
They started their campaign in frosty conditions on Friday morning that saw the game delayed after the mercury dipped to minus one.
The association's under-11 girls finished in the middle of their division in a result team manager Tracy Holmes was more than satisfied with.
"We sent a really young team this year and had a few eight-year-olds playing," she said.
"Out of a pool of 16 they came equal seventh, had one training session and we borrowed three girls from Tamworth to make a team."
Port Macquarie were difficult to break down over the three days in defence, only losing one match and in their 11 matches overall they had nine 0-all draws.
"They only had four goals scored against them all weekend, but it was all about going out and having fun and they learned so much," Holmes said.
Goalkeeper Charlie Mainey and defender Raeven Gaviola were two of the team's best performers.
"Charlie was our goalkeeper and she was brilliant; I couldn't fault her and Raeven has been playing for six weeks and was fantastic.
"They were our standouts."
Holmes was assisted well by coach Kelly Rowlatt and assistant coach Ian Gorton.
