A NSW Police spokesperson said emergency services were called to the incident on Lord Street, Port Macquarie at 2.30pm on Friday, July 12.
A motorist aged in his 30s suffered minor injuries and was taken to Port Macquarie Base Hospital.
Two of the vehicles were removed from the scene.
Fire and Rescue NSW firefighters were on the scene to monitor the area and clear leaked oil and fuel.
