The Moorebeer Brewing Co trio will be mixing it up against the Liquor Accord's big hitters for the competition of social golfing at Port Macquarie Golf Club on Monday, June 17.
Brewery co-owner, Ryan Moore said the team was definitely a winning chance moving from the brew house onto the green.
"This is the second year we have been in the competition, we had a good fun productive day last year but we are looking to better it this year," said Mr Moore.
"Golf is a very process based sport, like brewing."
Following a Liquor Accord Meeting at Tacking Point Tavern at 10.30am, players will be treated to a light lunch at the event from 12.30pm and golf hitting off at 1pm.
During the day prizes will be awarded for best lairy (flashy) golf team, longest drive and closest to pin.
The Moorebeer Brewing team has also been getting tips from a local golf professional to prepare for the event.
"We have had some in house coaching from a local professional, specially for this event," said Mr Moore.
"We haven't had a lot of experience as a team but our coach brings years of talent and he's taken us to the range a couple of times.
"We're hoping to celebrate with some of our gold medal Indian pale ale at the finish."
The golf day is an annual event raising funds for HLA campaigns and events.
