It will be one of 11 songs to be performed in a retrospective concert by the Port Macquarie all-male choir from 6.30pm at Moorebeer Brewery on Thursday, June 20.
As part of the event, a special anniversary pale ale and food will be provided with a donation to support the Liberty Domestic and Family Violence Specialist Service.
Former president and foundation member, Warren Frumar, has been a part of the group's history since it formed in 2009.
He said the Lady Gaga song was a surprise choice among a number of classics.
"The songs were selected by vote from those songs we have performed in the last 10 years," he said.
"The most popular song was James Taylor's That Lonesome Road and the most controversial is Lady Gaga's Just Dance.
"Part of the decision of the organising committee was life members could choose one each. The person who chose Just Dance is still paying for it.
"James Taylor's song is probably the one we are best at.
"Some of the songs we sing have a comic element but that one highlights that we have some singing skills as well."
The group has previously made multiple trips to the Choirtly Loud choral festival in Wollongong, as well as concerts at the Glasshouse, Christmas tree lighting, Westport Carols and the Ulysses Motor Cycle annual meeting.
The group has also shared a microphone with the Governor of NSW and Shannon Noll in the past.
President Mark Stewart said as the group has become a more polished singing group over the last decade.
"In the early days we used to do some gospel and some Georgian chants," said Mr Stewart.
"Essentially we are performing the same function but we have improved the quality of what we do.
"We're probably using a more polished delivery, although we are still the least serious choir around."
