Just over 30 cars were on show at Westport Park on Saturday, June 8 as part of the Hello Koalas Festival.
The show and shine boosted awareness of koala safety, with road strike one of the biggest killers of koalas, and the event also raised funds for the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital.
Cars for Koalas Show and Shine organiser Denis Mamo said some beautiful cars were on display.
"People like to see an old car cared for," Mr Mamo said.
The Port Macquarie Antique and Classic Car Club helped organise the show and shine.
The club's vice-president, Ken Brown, said onlookers liked the cars, especially the cars they wanted when they were teenagers.
The Hello Koalas Festival culminates on Sunday, June 9 at the Douglas Vale Historic Homestead and Vineyard.
A program of events at Douglas Vale runs from 9.30am and 3pm.
Dr Rebecca Montague-Drake from the Macleay Hastings Koala Recovery Program will run activities with a koala focus between noon and 2pm.
The Hello Koalas Festival builds on the success of the Hello Koalas Sculpture Trail.
