The bakeries at Settlement City and Port Central shopping centres are both involved in the campaign
Baker's Delight Settlement City employee Aimee Davenport was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014.
"I was really tired and started to lose weight," Ms Davenport said.
"I then found a lump."
Ms Davenport is currently in remission.
"It still hasn't ended, you get put in a five year category for being in remission."
She said it had been extremely hard.
"Not just for me, but on the family, on the children, hard on loved ones, hard on friends."
Ms Davenport said she had got through it by the love and support of family and friends.
You have to fight and remain positive.
- Aimee Davenport
The Pink Bun Campaign will run until Wednesday 29 May.
All money goes towards Breast Cancer Network Australia.
From May 2 to May 15, 100 per cent of the sale of Pink Buns will be donated to BCNA. From May 15 until May 29 supporters looking for a healthy option can purchase six-packs of rolls and $1 will be donated to BCNA.
BCNA works tirelessly to ensure every Australian diagnosed with breast cancer receives the very best support, information, treatment and care.
