The Blues are currently sitting in third place on the competition ladder with four competition points but face the undefeated Long Flat Dragons, who sit at the head of the table with the South West Rocks Marlins.
The long-time rivals will not doubt be testing each other out in the clash.
The clash is the the Dragons' home ground with a 2.30pm kick off.
A loss to the Blues would be a significant boost for their cross-town rivals, the Laurieton Hotel Stingrays too.
The Rays are also sitting on four competition points but face the Comboyne Tigers who have recorded just one win. The Tigers suffered a 74-12 loss to the Marlins in their last outing.
With a likely win, the Rays would leap frog the Blues.
However, the match is being played on the plateau and the Tigers are notoriously difficult to beat on their home turf.
It should be a classic contest.
In the final clash of round 4, the Beechwood side will host the Lower Macleay Magpies.
This should be an intriguing contest.
In their last outing, the Shamrocks were defeated 38-26 by the Blues while the Magpies also went down 48 to 22 to the Rays.
The undefeated Marlins will have the bye this week.
The competition ladder after three rounds is:
South West Rocks, Long Flat 6; Kendall and Laurieton Hotel Stingrays 4; Lower Macleay and Comboyne 2 and Beechwood 0.
