Following persistent rainfall over the previous days, Racing NSW Stewards have cancelled the holiday race meeting set down for Port Macquarie on Saturday.

Stewards deemed the track was unsafe for racing.
The circuit was rated at Heavy 9 conditions on Thursday following around 30 millimetres of rain falling in the days prior to the meeting.
The additional downpour on Good Friday left officials with no alternative than to call off proceedings.
The most recent fall of 11 millimetres on Saturday morning and the type of consistent dampening this produced, gave the course proper little chance to recover in time for the staging of the holiday program.
The situation failed to dampen the enthusiasm surrounding the commemoration of the life of Les McLennan, who passed away on March 5 at the age of 72.
"Mad Dog" was a prominent district figure with many of his family and friends celebrating his life in the racing flavour he would have enjoyed.
With a break in the weather over the next few days a distinct possibility, the club is confident the track will be in good condition to conduct a strong eight race program next Friday featuring the $22,000 Oxyoptia Open Handicap over 1200 metres.
This will be followed by a program on May 20 before the Wauchope Jockey Club conducts their popular Cup program at Port Macquarie on June 16.
