The team will travel to the tiny community near Alice Springs on the April 21 for six days where they will immerse themselves in the culture of the place.
The Bush to Beach program is an exchange program initiated by Charlie Maher which allows kids from Port Macquarie and Wauchope to visit the tiny Ntaria community.
Young Ntaria participants visited Port Macquarie in March.
The program uses running and walking to improve the lives of its participants.
The team selected is Kaiya O'Brien, Shontia Fernando, Jamarra Moran and Noah Binge.
Mentor Kelly O'Brien and founder Charlie Maher will travel with the team.
Mr Maher said it would be a life-changing experience for the Port Macquarie students.
"The Ntaria community is so small, English is their second language, it is very different from Port Macquarie," he said.
"The kids will learn so much.
"I'm just so grateful to be involved with this experience."
