Centre Annalise Woodham scored two tries as they held off Taree Panthers 8-4 to maintain their perfect record on the day that saw them undefeated in three matches.
Coach Shane Keegan said Woodham was involved in "pretty much everything" they ran in attack.
"She was player of the match in the final and scored both of our tries; she scored in pretty much every game," he said.
"We also had no reserves in the final and had to call up two of the girls from the under-12s to sit on the bench.
"Taree beat us in the final last year so it's a bit of justice for the girls."
Not to be outdone, Port City Breakers took out the under-12 grand final with a comprehensive 28-4 win over Wingham.
Coach Adrian Daley said they also went through the competition undefeated in three games, scoring 19 tries in the process.
"They got better as the day went on because a lot of them had never played league tag before," he said.
Halfback Charlee Bailey was awarded player of the match to cap off an impressive day.
"She directed them really well around the park," Daley said.
"Jasmin Cooper was also strong all day, but they all played well once they got the hang of it.
"It's good to see the girls have the option in the under-12s because it was only 14s and 16s last year."
Group 3 junior rugby league president Warren Blisset said the gala day looks set to become an annual event.
Most clubs fielded teams in the three age groups with Forster taking out the under-16s.
"The girls' game has come along in leaps and bounds over the last 12 months and registrations are up across the group," he said.
"We started last year with 14s and 16s and now we've added the 12s age group and the crowds flock to watch the girls in action.
"Skill levels were extremely high and full credit must go to the coaches and the clubs for promoting the game and giving the girls an opportunity.''
The teams will now prepare for the opening round on April 26.
